2nd International Youth Conference on Energetics 2009
Two years ago, the Student Association of Energy decided to have a go at the biggest challenge of its history - to organize an international conference. The event, that was held in 2007 has turned out as a huge success, thanks to many remarkable moments, like the welcome party, the conference dinner held at the Gellert-baths just as the boat-trip to the Danube-bend. As the Local Organizing Committee promised at the closing ceremony, the International Youth Conference on Energetics is to return in 2009. The goal of the event is to provide opportunity for young researchers (undergraduate, MSc, PhD students and other young professionals) in the field of energetics and power engineering to present their work in an international forum. The conference hosts the 2009 ENEN European Symposium as well.
We plan to organize plenary sessions as well as oral and poster sessions to offer a wide platform for discussions and experience exchange.
The venue of the conference is the capital city of Budapest, and the world's very first technical university. More...
